Guinea Eggs
Guinea hens are fun, loud, and amazing bug hunters. Chickens scratch and peck for bugs, where guinea fowl "hunt" by running through the pastures. They are known as our tick-eating pack as they can eat up to 1000 ticks per day! Therefore, they have more protein than chicken eggs. As far as egg size, they are slightly smaller and have an incredibly hard shell. They are in limited supply since they only lay eggs from April through October.
